General Terms
Jom Network Ltd (Company number: 16937179) curates community-focused pop-up events, networking sessions, and digital engagements for local businesses and the wider community.

By participating as a vendor or attendee (online or offline), you agree to comply with these Terms and any instructions provided by Jom Network staff, representatives, or venue partners.

Jom Network reserves the right to refuse entry, registration, participation, or to remove any vendor or attendee at its sole discretion, without refund, if these Terms are breached.

Participation is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jom Network shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or disruption.
Vendor Terms - Booking & Payment

For community pop-ups and small trade fairs/markets (less than 30 vendors), vendor spaces must be secured with a minimum of £30-£50 non-refundable deposit (depending on the venue/location). The booking fee is a non-refundable commitment and administrative fee, covering event planning, promotion, space allocation, and operational costs. Jom Network, as a private business, incurs fixed costs once an event has been confirmed (event announced, posters and ads published publicly).

For Exhibition & Trade Fairs (more than 30 vendors), vendor spaces must be secured with 70% deposit (depending on the venue/location). The deposit is a non-refundable commitment and administrative fee, covering event planning, promotion, space allocation, and operational costs. Jom Network, as a private business, incurs fixed costs once an event has been confirmed (event announced, posters and ads published publicly).

For community pop-ups and small trade fairs/markets (less than 30 vendors), the remaining balance must be paid no later than 25 days prior to the event date (for promotional purposes).

Payments must be made via bank transfer or cash. Cheques are not accepted.

Vendors acknowledge that once payment is made, there is no entitlement to reimbursement, reversal, or refund.

Full payment confirms your booking and constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

Vendors classed as non-food & non-beverage are to comply to all documents required to be submitted to be confirmed as a Selected Vendor (Risk Assessment & Public Liability Insurance* - if required*).

Vendors classed as food & beverage are to comply to all documents required to be submitted to be confirmed as a Selected Vendor (Risk Assessment, Public Liability Insurance, Food Business Registration, Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, Gas & Electrical Safety, Allergen Info & Waste Plan).
Liability & Insurance

Vendors are solely responsible for their products, equipment, staff, and insurance.

Jom Network is not liable for theft, damage, loss, or business interruption.

Jom Network does not guarantee constant high customer traffic or sales; participation is primarily for branding and visibility, and vendors are responsible for promoting their attendance and location via their own social platforms in advance and during event day, noting that low traffic may also result from bad weather or economic conditions.

Public liability insurance may be required for certain events.
Products & Conduct

Only legitimate, lawful, and ethically sourced products or services may be promoted or sold.

The sale of stolen, counterfeit, unsafe, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden.

Vendors must conduct themselves professionally, respectfully, and safely at all times.
Set-Up & Clean-Up

Vendors must adhere strictly to allocated set-up and dismantling times.

All spaces must be left clean and free of damage. Cleaning fees or repair costs may be charged if required.
Late Cancellation, No‑Show & Exceptional Circumstances

Deposits are non-refundable. This applies regardless of the reason for withdrawal, as Jom Network, as a private business, incurs fixed costs once an event has been confirmed (event announced, posters and ads published publicly).

If a vendor cancels within 7 days of the event, fails to attend, or withdraws due to personal circumstances (including but not limited to family emergency, illness, accident, or unforeseen personal matters), no refund will be issued.

At Jom Network’s sole discretion, if a vendor cancels in writing at minimum 14-30 days prior to the event, only a partial credit (not a cash refund) may be offered for a future event. Credits are:

Jom Network reserves the right to request reasonable evidence (e.g. medical note) but is under no obligation to issue any refund or credit.

No Show - Failure to attend or set up on the event day for any reason will result in automatic forfeiture of all payments, with no refund, credit, or transfer.
Attendee Terms - Applicability (Online & Offline)

These Attendee Terms apply to both in-person events and online/digital events, including livestreams, virtual networking sessions, and workshops.

Entry & Payment - Tickets, registrations, or confirmations are required for attendance.

All attendee payments are required up-front and are non-refundable. This applies regardless of the reason for withdrawal, as Jom Network, as a private business, incurs fixed costs once an event has been confirmed (event announced, posters and ads published publicly).

Where an in-person event is organised at a physical location, payment must be made in full and upfront to secure attendance.

Failure to attend, late arrival, or change of mind does not entitle attendees to a refund or credit.
Behaviour & Conduct

Attendees must behave respectfully toward vendors, speakers, staff, and other participants.

Harassment, abuse, theft, discriminatory behaviour, or disruption (online or offline) will result in immediate removal without refund.
Liability

Attendance is at your own risk.

Jom Network is not responsible for personal injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Event Changes Policy

Jom Network reserves the right to modify event details, including date, time, venue, speakers, or format (online/offline).

If an event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to venue issues, extreme weather, technical failures, or force majeure), refunds or credits may be offered at Jom Network’s discretion.

Jom Network shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by vendors or attendees (e.g. travel, accommodation, lost income).
Intellectual Property & Media

Photography, video, audio recordings, and digital content captured at events may be used by Jom Network for marketing, promotional, and archival purposes.

By attending, you grant Jom Network a royalty-free, perpetual right to use such content.

Participants who do not wish to appear must notify Jom Network in writing prior to the event.

All logos, branding, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners and may not be used without permission.
Data Protection & Privacy

Personal data collected (including names, contact details, and payment information) is processed in accordance with UK GDPR.

Data is used solely for event administration, communication, and marketing purposes.

Jom Network does not sell personal data to third parties.
-
Participants may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time.
Dispute Resolution & Legal

Any concerns or disputes must first be raised with Jom Network via email.

We will aim to resolve matters amicably and promptly.
-
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights.
Right to Amend Terms

Jom Network reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be published on official channels and apply immediately upon posting.
Optional & Event-Specific Conditions

Insurance Requirement: Vendors may be required to provide proof of public liability insurance.

Compliance Clause: Vendors must comply with all applicable health & safety, food hygiene, trading standards, and legal regulations.

Non-Refundable Deposits: For higher-value or limited-capacity events, non-refundable deposits may be required to secure participation.
JOM NETWORK LTD – COLLABORATION GUIDELINES
At Jom Network Ltd, we believe in intentional partnerships built on trust, visibility and shared growth.
Our collaborations are designed to create mutual value, meaningful exposure and long-term opportunities — not just one-off transactions.
1. Our Commitment
Jom Network invests in:
- Full/Partial Venue hire (subject to agreement)
- Event production & logistics
- Core marketing & promotion
- Curated audience experience
In return, collaborators receive:
- 1 dedicated space/table/chairs at the event
- Collective, joint brand visibility and impact across agreed marketing channels
- Access to our curated founder network
- Opportunity for future partnership alignment
2. Mutual Value Exchange
This is a partnership rooted in equal contribution.
In exchange for the allocated space, collaborators are kindly expected to:
- Promote the event across their social media platforms
- Share registration links with their community
- Actively encourage relevant audience attendance
- Participate in cross-marketing before and after the event
We simply ask that the promotional support reflects fair value comparable to the space provided.
3. Marketing Support Expectations
To ensure both brands benefit, we agree in advance on:
- Number of social media posts/stories (4 weeks prior to event, to promote event once a week)
- Any email newsletter features (if applicable)
- Timeline for content sharing
- Tagging @jomnetwork in promotions
We may request basic engagement insights purely to measure impact and improve future collaborations.
4. Professional Alignment
To maintain a high-quality experience for all founders and guests, collaborators agree to:
- Represent their brand professionally
- Engage in respectful networking
- Avoid overly aggressive selling
- Not promote competing events during the experience
We aim to create a supportive, not sales-heavy, environment.
5. Content & Visibility
- Jom Network may capture photos and videos for marketing purposes.
- Collaborators are welcome to use shared content with credit to @jomnetwork.
- Logos may be used for promotional materials relating to the event.
6. Cancellation & Changes
We understand circumstances change.
- If a collaborator needs to withdraw, early notice is appreciated (4 weeks prior to Paid Ad Campaigns go live and to avoid unmanned event space loss).
- Where marketing has already been executed, we may discuss a fair adjustment equivalent to the space value.
- Jom Network reserves the right to withdraw partnerships that do not align with our brand values.
7. Long-Term Vision
Our intention is not just a single event collaboration — but to:
- Build lasting founder relationships
- Create recurring visibility opportunities
- Develop trusted ecosystem partnerships
- Grow together sustainably
8. Confirmation
All collaboration terms will be confirmed in writing to ensure clarity and alignment for both parties.
By participating in any Jom Network event (online or offline), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, Conditions, and Policies.
